This presentation will describe the process used by Oklahoma State University (OSU) as we migrated our back file of ETD’s to our new digital archive using CONTENTdm, and the procedures we follow as we continue to add new ETD’s to our collection. At the same time we have begun a retrospective project of adding master’s theses to this collection and details about this process will be shared: our decision process, creation of metadata, the .txt file needed for batch loading, and of course, copyright. The popularity of the collection has encouraged us to create an ad hoc digitization service for ETD’s, and this new service will also be described.
