What is the best user experience for end users of CONTENTdm? As OCLC engages in reworking the CONTENTdm Web Templates, usability studies are being conducted to inform the design. Our usability studies have included focus groups, walkthroughs, interviews, and surveys with both librarians and end-users. Come hear the results of these ongoing studies and find out how this usability research is shaping the redesign of the Web Templates.
